Siler Climate Consulting is serving on the volunteer design team with the Appalachian Design Center to support the development of a conceptual site plan for Valley Hope Church in Swannanoa, NC, one of the communities hardest hit by Hurricane Helene.

With funding from the Maine Community Resilience Partnership, Siler Climate Consulting partnered with the City to sustain momentum from this planning process by implementing priority actions.

Through the FCAP program, the Siler Climate Consulting team has been working with flood-affected communities in Vermont to understand the local factors that contribute to flooding and facilitate a series of public events designed to build local resilience for future flooding.

The City of Boston is working to update the Environmental Justice and Climate Resilience regulations under the City’s Wetlands Ordinance.

The Maine Community Resilience Partnership is designed to help Maine communities reduce emissions and prepare for the effects of climate change.
