Flood Ready Neighborhoods Program Framework Consultant

Siler Climate Consulting completed the writing and design of the Flood Ready Neighborhoods Program Framework. Flood Ready Neighborhoods takes a neighborhood-scale approach to building flood resilience using methods and practices that focus on engaging residents for whom economic inequality and accessibility barriers are often at the root of flood vulnerability. The Framework compiles experiences of technical assistance providers supporting neighborhood leaders and residents as they identified, designed, and implemented strategies to address impacts from coastal and riverine flooding. Flood Ready Neighborhoods is a collaborative program supported by staff from New Hampshire Coastal Program, New Hampshire Sea Grant, University of New Hampshire Cooperative Extension, Great Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve, and Piscataqua Region Estuaries Partnership.
