Centering Equity Principles in New Hampshire’s Coastal Program

Siler Climate Consulting partnered with Justice Outside to complete an assessment of policies, programs, and practices at the New Hampshire Coastal Program, Great Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve, and Great Bay Stewards.

Through this project, SCC coordinated relationship building with local community-based organizations through the planning and facilitation of site visits that resulted in the successful award of subsequent funding to implement identified accessibility improvements at the Great Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve. SCC managed the scoping and synthesis of a series of learning workshops and opportunities for staff at each agency, in partnership with Justice Outside. Final assessments communicated key learnings, recommendations for improvements, and guiding questions for continued implementation and evaluation.
