City of Asheville, North Carolina: Resilience Hub Mapping Project

Led by Thrive Asheville, Siler Climate Consulting is supporting a comprehensive resilience hub mapping project that will document and analyze the responsive networks that emerged during Hurricane Helene.

This project moves beyond simple location cataloging to reveal the underlying relational capacity and infrastructure that enabled rapid, community-led response while creating a roadmap for strategic investment in Asheville’s resilience ecosystem. As part of the project team, SCC’s role is primarily focused on municipal policy and governance with the aim of supporting the integration of the findings into City of Asheville goals and actions following the completion of the project.
